It is your front line staff, the people who answer the phones, engage and interact with customers and ultimately book/ reserve your business on a daily basis.
How much time do you spend on sales training with your front line staff? Most of us are probably guilty of not spending enough time with our phone and/ or counter staff. This is even more true with our younger and/ or seasonal staff. We can all do a better job with our teams.
