We could see that the industry was struggling and thought that our golf course operator experiences, best practices, proven strategies and passion could make a difference to some operations. Over the last 9 years we have worked with private, semi-private, public, 9 hole and 18 hole golf courses owned by single owners, boards and municipalities. We have provided golf course internet marketing services, strategic planning, sales training, event management and more. Our approach is unique. CK Golf Solutions Ltd. Partner / Co-Owner – Jeff Ciecko Prior to the launch of CK Golf Jeff had previous experience as both a General Manager/ Director of Golf and a Head Golf Professional. He has since had various terms as the senior manger for various golf clubs helping them to work through the process of improving their business. His experience and expertise lie in the areas of business analysis, strategic planning, sales strategies and golf course internet marketing. Jeff is a Past President of the PGA of British Columbia. He has been a finalist for the PGA of BC Head Professional of the Year award and two time winner of the National Golf Course Owners Association – BC Chapter Four Seasons Golf Professional of the Year Award. Jeff is a regular speaker at golf and other business conferences on Internet Marketing, Sales Strategies, Social Media and a variety of other topics focusing on best practices. CK Golf Solutions Ltd. Partner / Co-Owner – Tara Ciecko Prior to the launch of CK Golf Tara had previous experience as a Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and a Tournament Coordinator. Tara’s strengths include analysis and reporting, development and execution of marketing plans, content creation, customer feedback, data collection and project leadership. Tara enjoys getting to know our clients and working closely with them to understand all aspects of their business. She is also our team’s travel planner. CK Golf Solutions Ltd. Associate – Dahman Boudraa Dahman has been a member of the PGA of Canada for over 20 years. He has gained his experience in the areas of administration, planning, financial analysis, and operations from working at a variety of different golf clubs including private, semi-private and public golf courses. Previous to his roles in golf, Dahman worked as a Food and Beverage Manager overseeing various restaurant operations. His past positions have included General Manager and Head Golf Professional. This experience has enabled him to offer a structured approach to helping clients improve their day to day operations. CK Golf Solutions Ltd. Associate – Tracy Matthews Tracy has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1996. She received a diploma in Golf Course Management and Accounting from Camosun College. Tracy has gained her experience in the areas of administration, planning, tournament coordination, and sales & marketing from working at three semi-private golf courses, as well as two resort courses and an indoor game improvement centre. Her various roles include General Manager/ Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional and a Coach/ Instructor. This experience has enabled her to offer a well rounded approach to helping clients succeed in the business of golf. CK Golf Solutions Ltd. Associate – Stacey Milne-Ciecko Stacey is the newest member to join our team and has fully embraced the world of golf course marketing. She is a regular and long time user of social media platforms and has volunteered to help non-profits build their social presence. Stacey has spent the last two year’s honing her Word Press skills. Stacey has 10 years of previous retail management experience and is currently helping businesses grow by using social media. She is the mom of 3 busy boys who are all up and coming golfers! Our Extended Team We have an established team of graphic designers, website developers and additional contract staff available for any project. No project is too small or too large. Gallus Golf creates custom golf course apps to enhance a course’s golf experience, strengthen customer loyalty and most importantly, drive revenues. We have worked with a number of our clients and Gallus Golf to develop apps for their golf courses, along with a marketing and content plan to drive app downloads and grow their business through a great tool. Chronogolf is a Golf Course Management Company that specializes in Cloud-based golf management software. They offer fantastic tools to help golf courses become more organized and bring in more revenue. We often work with Chronogolf to develop websites and on-line tee time booking systems.
